Decades of Experience

We’ve plenty of experience of hosting weddings. After all, we're part of the UK's longest-running wedding venue group, and we’ve had a license for over 30 years.

Your Ceremony

Exchange vows in the graceful Gold Room under the gold-leaf ceiling or outside in the Bandstand, surrounded by trees and flowers.

The Gold Room

Walk down the 50-foot aisle of the Gold Room, lit by tall windows and elegant chandeliers. The lovely space seats up to 77 guests.

The Bandstand

The traditional Bandstand and lawned garden is the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony, and the Hall creates a striking backdrop.

We host weddings of all sizes from intimate 30-person celebrations to ceremonies with up to 77 guests. We've the perfect space to suit your guest list and requirements.

Whatever the weather, our selection of spaces ensures the ceremony and celebrations always go ahead. Holmewood Hall really is a venue for all seasons.

The Reception

After the ceremony, enjoy cocktails and canapés in the Great Hall or outside on the Cocktail Terrace.

Wedding Breakfast

The wood-panelled Dining Room seats 80 guests beneath shimmering chandeliers. Tall windows and a grand fireplace add elegant details.

Fully-stocked Bars

There are four well-stocked bars including the outdoor Terrace Bar, serving premium beers and ciders, cocktails and a choice of wines.

Evening Reception

Where will your first dance take place – in the grand Great Hall or on the dance floor of the Vault Bar & Disco?

The Great Hall

Guests line the staircase in the traditional Great Hall for your first dance. There’s plenty of space here for your live band.

The Vault Bar & Disco

Dance the night away in the Vault Bar & Disco or relax with friends in the elegant Champagne Bar.

Grand Finale

End the day with a grand finale, watching from the terrace as fireworks light up the Estate.
